Had a propane tank put in, for a 3000 sq.ft. home, they put in a 56ish gallon tank, and we wondered why it went dry a little after 3 weeks. Called the service mgr, he stated that he didn't know that we would be using the propane fireplace as a heat source. What else would you use it for in Maine in Dec and Jan?! We asked for a bigger tank, a few days later they filled the small tank, the next day they removed the small tank, full of propane and replaced it with a 120 gallon tank with 20 gal. or less of propane, we ran out. They will not deliver any more gas till we pay the bill. $321 cheque in mail on Jan 28, due to many storms. No mail. Therefore, looking for another company in the next few weeks.
