Reviews  By Jay Jordon from Gulf Breeze, FL Posted Apr 20, 2009 Every Time That My Service Tech Mr. Jason Hadden come to my house for my reg. check up he finds some thing wrong or trys to sell me something that i know i dont need. So My question is as follows if i just buid my house and i had them install a new water furnes why is there something wrong. Around 6 months ago i had problom with my drain line and he said i needed a U.V light. OK as my service tech i trusted him so i boght it when i did my reserch i felt that i just got lied to so i called another company and they confermed what i did not want to here the u.v light has nothing to do with drain line. So in the future i will not use Blackwell Heating and Air and i do not rec. this company even if i have to stay with out A/C for a month.
