**Dont' use this plumber (Don Snowder). I paid $95 for water heater issue. The issue happened again after two days, I called him and he told me, he will charge again $95...he told me he does not provide any warranty (I wish he told me before I paid him $95). If you want to waste $95 - then call him - otherwise call a professional licensed plumber**
