Since they use flat rate pricing you have no idea how much you are paying for parts or service or whether you are being ripped off. They quoted me a flat price of $495 for a 20 minute job. When I complained they took off 10%, then dropped the price to $420 when I still refused to pay that much. After a few more minutes the price was down to $340. I agreed to pay it, but then found out online that the part only cost $60 retail. So they charged $280 for 20 minutes of time. The serviceman did a good job, but beware of the high overinflated prices from the supervisors. They also ask you to sign a form which says that you are fully satisfied with the service and will not dispute the charges. I refused!
