Called on a fully warranted Train Unit that they installed (unfortunately on the 4th of July) were told that the "service call would be $150. but that would save time due to the holiday and if a part had to be ordered it would expedite the process. BUT, upon arrival we were told that there was a "diagnosis" fee as well as the installation fee! Underhanded business practice, just be up front about costs!!!!!!! Actual cost of diagnosis (3 min.) and projected part installation....$239.
