Air Comfort tech came out. Clean, neat and friendly. Asked me a few questions. He proceeded to trouble-shoot my central system. He found the problem. Gave me the bad part so I could have it checked independently if I wanted. He replaced with new part. Everything done within an hour. I called Air Comfort to work on my air conditioner because not only are they a Carrier dealer, but they also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and they are members of the BBB with an A+ rating. I'm suspicious of people who provide anonymous low reviews on the internet. If I had a legitimate problem with Air Comfort or any other service, I would file complaint with the BBB so there would be an investigation which would determine among other things that I'm a genuine customer and my complaint can be investigated. If enough real consumers were reporting legitimate complaints to the BBB, Air Comfort's BBB rating would be lowered and this would mean many other consumers could have more confidence that the complaints are from real and dissatisfied consumers.
