The A/C Doctor was the only dude who actually would work on window units that showed up (two others failed a total of five times to show). It turns out my boss knew the guy from years ago. He did a great job, was fast and thorough, then schooled us on how we failed to maintain the window unit (it's actually a through-wall) and what to do in the future. TOP NOTCH WORK, REASONABLE PRICE (replacement of the heat-cool unit would be around $600, repair total was about $140 including him coming to us). He was done in about an hour or so, not including schmoozing and reminiscing.
