We had our semi-annual PM yesterday. Service rep was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. However later in the evening we felt the house getting very warm. Checked thermostat and think it was not reset to kick in to cool again.
We adjusted thermostat and the AC did come on and this morning we feel cool and back to our usual. Just wanted to let you know we were afraid the service rep didn't complete the job appropriately. I think his name was Joe. Anyway, thanks for your good service over the years.
